Our Story

REV Services was born from a shared vision between CEO, Cynthia Lail, and her husband, Randy Lail: a vision empower up-and-coming contractors, business owners, and specialists to thrive.

With over 20 years of experience in financial operations, back-office administration, and project coordination, Cynthia brings a deep understanding of the business side of construction management. Meanwhile, Randy’s 30+ years in field operations and management provide the hands-on expertise needed to navigate the realities of the job site.

For Randy, REV was also deeply personal. After overcoming challenges in his own life, he felt called to build something that would empower others—especially those looking for a way to break through barriers in the industry. Cynthia’s strategic mindset and commitment to operational excellence turned that vision into reality.
